I regularly look up businesses for sale in Toronto and the amount of beauty salons up for sale is crazy. Just this week alone theres 5 closing https://www.zolo.ca/toronto-real-estate/commercial

Do not open the following businesses right now: Beauty Salons, Restaurants, Convenience stores, Car mechanic shops, Bubble tea shops. These are consistently the businesses i see up for sale the past 6 months

I've been using Laneige Waterbank gel for years and its worked great but the Neutrogena is half the cost and it looks to contain the same main ingredients and compete directly with the Laneige Waterbank series.
