There hasn't been a John, but we've had so many variations

Jon (11 & 24)
Jonathon (9)
Johnathan (22)
Johnny (16)
Giovanni (5)
Jean Philippe

I wouldn't be surprised if the next season gives us another variation (Juan, Ian, Sean)

Fortson Georgia 20th Anniversary on Tuesday

I understand there may be a heatwave on that day, but you don't have to get take a shower to watch the episode. With 19/20 preds showcased, they're collectively my favourite batch.

I'm fairly certain Denis Coulson/Scooby Doo/Hamburger Helper was the first pred I ever saw; it's best to start with someone comedic, then work towards the scary/shocking ones.

For some reason, this is when they stopped having the most shocking pred shown last (Hogan, Kennelly, Bodnar, Westerbeck, and Lakhan). Instead, we end with Abhilash, who for sex was not coming.

Maybe if they continued the pattern, Marvin Smith would have gotten the final slot, although his chat was probably too graphic for TV.

Although, the first half ends with news of Rabbi Kaye's conviction, which must have been cathartic for viewers seeing him walk free

Do you think Exile Island from Survivor could be adapted for the show?

Basically, after the mission, someone is chosen to be isolated from the game until the following morning, essentially making them unable to participate in the rest of the day's discussions. They'd also be unable to murder/get murdered. It's like immunity with a price, and the cast hoping they pick a faithful under threat.

Fox website not mentioning Jared's signature dish

Before S15 aired, the website contained a short bio for everyone, and their signature dish. However, while the other 17 listed the sides with the protein, Jared's just said scallops, as if he didn't have any sides.

Edit: Halibut, not scallops

Call me crazy, but AU2 might be the best thing to happen to the franchise

Anytime someone wants to discuss what the worst season/faithfuls/traitors are, the first comment always brings up AU2, ending the debate before it gets into an argument.

If Thomas Bodnar stayed for the Hansen interview, what do you think it would have been like?

Bodnar had one of the longest segments in the Riverside episode (alongside Walter Babst, Keith Williams, and JPW), because he's the type of person the show was trying to highlight, back when they were more into scaring the audience instead of clowning on the preds (like Greg Karnos, he's given his own segment, instead of being in a cluster of men).

It likely wouldn't have been funny as Wolin's and Mr Toilet's hypothetical interviews, but I wonder how defensive he would have gotten if he was too scared to run out (why NBC uploaded the uncut to their website, I'll never know).

This will never happen, but imagine a season consisting of gambling addicts (joke post)

Production wouldn't be short of the sob stories they crave, but at the same time, contestants would be flipping out every time their name came up at the round table.

Statistically the top five most successful winners (i.e. Who won the most challenges and dinner services)

Much to Flynn Master's displeasure, Dave made 6th place, making him ineligible for this list.

5th place: Trenton (8/15 challenge wins + 5/9 services = 54.2% win rate)

4th place: Ja'Nel (12/17 challenges + 5/14 services = 54.8%)

3rd place: Michael (4/9 challenges + 5/6 services = 60%)

2nd place: Ariel CF (9/15 challenges + 6/9 services = 62.5%)

1st place: Christina M (9/13 challenges + 6/9 services = 68.2%)

I'm surprised it didn't rain much during the original run, especially in the Eastern States

  1. It would have made crier's and screamer's arrests like Gerald White's and Justin Smith's feel more cinematic.
  2. Thomas Moffit would have been more likely to enter the house, thereby getting prosecuted.
  3. Donald Morrison would be sopping wet, so we wouldn't have to see his shirt covered in tit dirt. Though his face would be caked in mud after getting slammed into the grass.
  4. Arpit's umbrella might have gotten turned inside out, exposing his face.

A hidden gem from Bethpage that foreshadowed Donald Morrison

Near the end, when they show kids reacting to the footage (fancy that; Kids React to TCAP), they highlight one girl of whom Chris says "she's become so good at getting around the rules, her mother is ready to throw out the computer". Happens about 35 minutes into the episode.

Back in the day, I watched Bethpage as much as the other episodes, because despite not having a tight focus on predators, it was fun to watch parents shocked at the sting house footage (imagine seeing parents react to Kaye and Kennelly), and authority figures spelling out how much of a problem internet predators are

How did they get entire magazines typed up in S7 E7? Was Lorem Ipsum at play?

Just seems odd that they'd have all those articles typed up in a short deadline, unless I'm misremembering the episode. On US3, both teams of three had to pull an all-nighter writing an article for a single car, so for an entire magazine, I'm not sure how they pulled it off.

First boots you'd like to see in the interview phase?

Edward and Bilyana would be hilarious with the responses they give (Bilyana might have even been ejected from the room a year before Jordan was).

Is there a cultural reason there hasn't been an Asian Season (apart from India)?

I sometimes wonder if the level of dishonesty makes the game come across as disrespectful in some locales

It reminds me of the Iranian hotel used in Ten Little Indians 1974. A giant building in the middle of a desert (I know the palace is only 500 feet from the nearest city, but it doesn't look like it in some shots)
