Got stuck in here using leap (Dreeg's Wounds) and even trying to jump with that can't get me unstuck me for some reason, I'll just jump in the same place... I'm over the stairs armrest piece or whatever its called

-10% physique/cunning/spirit attribute requirement for armors/weapons/shields/jewelry etc. not working most of the time. It seems to depend on the requirements being high enough to begin with. What gives?

I've found several instances of the -10% attribute requirement found in various devotions and some mastery skills and some gear not working at all and not applying any reduction in the requirement. Upon further investigation, I am far from understanding the mechanics of this apparent bug in detail, but it seems that the reduction only applies to gear above a certain threshold.

In the image I have 2 gollus rings equipped. One is req level 94, so it has a higher base spirit requirement of 394 as shown, and it seems to trigger whatever arbitrary threshold there currently is which makes it so the -10% requirement for jewelry from my druid constellation applies and reduces it to 355 spirit needed. The second gollus ring is req level 90, so it has a lower base spirit req of 358, which does not cross the threshold and does not receive the benefit. It stays at 358, which means I could equip the higher base req ring but not the lower one at 355 spirit, which is exactly how much I had before I put an extra point in spirit, as shown.

I've noticed this applies to the -physique requirement for armor from the Soldier's Veterancy skill as well, as also shown in the picture. There, the threshold is somewhere around 1000 base physique req for it to apply. And I've also noticed it on my Purifier with -15% Cunning Requirement for Ranged Weapons from Gunslinger jacket, where it will only apply to guns above a certain threshold amount of Cunning.

Equipping or unequipping the gear does not matter, it works the same on inventory, stash or when equipped.

This seems to be a bug, but can anyone tell me more about it? It feels like I fell into some false advertisement scam where I didn't read the tiny letters at the bottom of the contract lol.

Are there no devotion changes in the expansion?

I was really hoping for some devotion changes and rebalancing in the new expansion, with maybe some buffs to some of the underpowered devotions, perhaps even some brand new devotions and a few additional devotion points... And I feel like some affinities could use some new options and point combinations for alternative pathing.

Also yes, I'm aware this that raising the devotion points is power creep, but whatever, they could just rebalance the game around it if necessary. We got from 50 to 55 points once, so we could do something similar again. So often I find myself just needing a few extra points short of a great devotion path and have to rework everything in order to accommodate... Maybe with just 5 extra devotion paths we could reliably reach 2 tier 3 devotions on most builds for example.

What are your thoughts?

What is the best (strongest) endgame PRM build and mastery combination?

I see a lot of builds but they seem mostly outdated and I'm still unsure of the best secondary mastery and just in general way to build a character maining PRM as its damage skill. So please any help towards that is welcome.

What damage type to main? Aether or Elemental? Or some specific element of elemental? Good endgame sets and mythical pieces? Is invoker the best?

Any insight on devotions?
