I have a lease, but with the winter coming up, these stock kumhos are literal death trap tires in the snow.
I hate that I have to waste money on tires for lease, but I don’t want to die this winter.
Does anyone have a recommendation for tires that will be good in the winter but not premium tires like Cross Climates? I’m not dropping over $1,000 for a car I’ll only have for 1.5 more years.

We’re about to turn in our phev lease. We’re looking for a 26 SX Hybrid with Olive brown interior, but it’s completely non-existent.
Is it just not popular? I think it looks sick and my friend has the olive brown in his Telluride. What’s up with Kia and showing it online but I can’t find any with a 100+ mile radius with about 12 Kia dealerships?
A few observations
- Murray and KOC in lock step for a good chunk of time, good to see
- Caleb Banks is a massive human being
- Awesome to see Chaz catch, Byron Murphy got so hyped his hat flew off and almost his chain
- Byron’s chain is huge, could see that thing from outer space. Metellus chain also enormous 😂
- Empower field club level food is just as trash as level 1 food. Wish I was at USBank for the game. Excited for them to scrap that stadium soon and build a Bill Walton $10 billy stadium down the road
- Jakobe Thomas was dyyyyyying from the elevation. Every time he came off the field, he was down on his knees looking like he was going to pass out. Was over by the blue tent huffing hard on the oxy tank. Felt bad for the dude, nervous for his play at 7,300 ft in Mexico City
- JJ nowhere close to KOC or the coaches at literally any point during the game. Feeling like he’s gone soon and he already knows it. 😳
Overall was a fun game, but left late in the 3rd because it was just horrifically bad watching Brosmer. Need a new QB3 asap.

So these stock Kumho tires are scary bad in these CO winters as I found out when I got this car at the tail end of winter a few months back.
As much as I hate to spend money on a car with a 24 month lease, I can’t safely drive on these tires come winter time. In snow mode, I was sliding all over in only about 2 inches of snow.
Does anyone have an idea on the most cost effective way to get a set of tires that can get me through the next two winters? Trying to do it as cheap as possible since I have to eventually turn the lease in and put the stock tires back on when I do that.

There are now safe crossings to reach the other side of the street for more fenty or to give a quick HJ.
As well as, a raised boulevard to give begging crackheads higher viewpoint to stand on and see you through the windshield stashing your cash and darts in the console when approaching the stoplight.

At work and was watching the trailer for the new Street Fighter movie. The song “What’s up?” Is in the trailer. Immediately after the trailer is over, I hear the music playing over the office speakers and it’s the same song…. “What’s up?” But 4 Non Blondes.

Does anyone know what the cafe uses for their espresso? I asked the barista yesterday and he said he wasn’t sure, he thought it was lifetime brand beans.
Would love to buy some, but not sure what brand it is. If it’s truly lifetime brand, I guess I’m stuck.
Did the software update overnight. CarPlay is now totally f’d. Screen randomly just goes black and comes back on. CarPlay disconnects for no reason, then I have to go to device connection screen and tap on my phone again.
Been happening all day.

Is there any way to have Spotify start playing when I turn on the car. Every time I turn the car off, when I come back and start the car, I always have to open up the app on the dash and hit play. Pretty annoying…
