This is an old video, but just made me laugh again today and also I never noticed how when he says "yoga bag" she just goes to give him her yoga bag for no reason at all! Her brain really did shut down at the site of him, lol
Looks like she probably knows that girl and decided to run in and join her... without noticing one small thing, lol. Think she was tipsy or was that just normal ole being a dumbass? Cause I have definitely been there before.. although I have also done some stupid shit drunk, so I feel it could go either way!
I know this is an old video, but I just saw it again and it enraged me. So I looked up how much time this dude got, and he got 12 years, which I personally think is not enough. I assume it will be reduced for good behavior as well. He got convinced of a RICO charge but then an appeals court threw that out. I just do not understand how someone could be so unfeeling about people whose lives he was ruining (and that one guy who had custody of his child taken away?? Horrible.)
Do not agree to a search, even if you know you have nothing in the car. Never agree to more than you have to. Learn your rights and use them. They can only search with probable cause or a warrant. Insist that you would like to see a warrant to search but if they force one on you, don't resist. They can make up that they smelled pot or whatever they want (that the dog signaled there were drugs, you were acting erratic, etc.)
