TTA - made a stupid mistake and looking for reassurance

Please tell me I'm overthinking this! I'm 9 weeks postpartum and met with a Marquette instructor sometime last week with a goal to TTA using the ClearBlue monitor.

Since my cycles hadn't returned, I was told to follow the Cycle 0 charting method. I got LOWs on the first 3 days of testing (day 6-8), however I experienced spotting on day 6 and then moderate bleeding on days 7 and 8. Based on the bleeding pattern, my instructor advised me to enter a new cycle switch to the 'first 6 cycles while breastfeeding' charting method. My bleeding stopped the next day, but my instructor advised me to continue with the same charting method.

Since fertility begins on day 10 of charting, my husband and I had sex on day 5 of the new cycle. However, I later realized that if the bleeding wasn't a real period, day 5 was potentially a fertile day. I tested LOW on days 6 and 7 but I read that you can go from LOW to PEAK sometimes, making it a possibility that I ovulated on the days I didn't test! Am I overthinking this, or could I potentially be pregnant :(

Can I increase supply without pumping

Feeling very hopeless and lost. My LO is 7 weeks old and I've been triple feeding since she was about 5 days old, albeit inconsistently. I'd usually only manage about 4 or 5 pumps a day.

This past weekend, I decided to commit, and actually managed 8 pumps a day, but triple feeding is really taking a toll on my mental health. I'm so anxious about missing pumps due to baby being fussy and not being able to pump immediately after a feed. LO usually takes a while to fall asleep and by the time she does, it's too close to the next feed to pump.

I pump about 2 oz when not feeding, and 1 oz after a feed. My LC said I should be pumping about 4 oz when not feeding to transition to EBF.

Can I just quit pumping altogether and nurse for longer (currently doing 10 mins each breast) to increase supply? Or is triple feeding the only option? LO has been gaining weight well so far, and I don't want my desire to EBF get in the way of her growth :(

Two way stretchy wrap on one month old

This is my first attempt. Please let me know if I'm doing anything wrong. I do feel like I have to hold her head back to prevent it from slipping down

RIP Renew Coffee N Bakery

Went in there last week and the place seems to have totally changed? A new sign saying "Peace Middle East" on the door, different decor, large TV screens, and a change of staff. The pastry we got tasted stale, and the coffee was meh. So sad about the drop in quality and atmosphere. It was our favourite coffee spot.
