race shoe for 4 hour marathon?

stats: 5'9, 165, 29M. been running ~2 years. half is around 2:00.
Running my first full marathon in NYC this November.
Runna plan estimate has me at 3:55-4:01 for the marathon. semi-wide, flatter feet, stability matters to me.

Interested in a faster shoe and interested in your recommendations.

shoes I've used:

superblast 2 - my everything shoe, on my second pair. no notes and just works. I'm realizing the stability is helpful.

EVO SL - very fun and bouncy, makes me feel fast. but my ankles get sore and I don't trust it for long stuff.

zoomfly 6 - tried to make this work for 100 miles and hated every one of them. stability's fine but they feel like bricks and tire me out faster than anything. don't feel any faster either. had some hotspots early that went away after I built mileage back up post-winter.

Looking for something with more pop for race day. I get the "comfort is king at 9min pace" argument and I get the "carbon still helps" argument, just want to try something.

been looking at alphafly 3, NB SC elite v5, megablast.

open to anything else too. thanks

studio furnishing tips?

First time in a studio and could use some outside eyes.

The space: ~19'7" wide x 9'7" deep, L-shaped with a kitchen running along the top wall.
Big windows along the bottom which is the main selling point. Entry door is on the right side.

My priorities:

  • Keep the bed as far from the stove as possible
  • Use room divider to hide bed from entrance hallway
  • Create a cozy reading nook using the windows + couch
  • Functional WFH desk spot
  • Make it feel like more than one room
  • TV / projector unnecessary, but would be nice if it works without destroying room layout.

Furniture I'm working with: Full size bed, couch, desk setup. Fairly flexible otherwise.

Attaching some sample floor plans I've made so far. Curious on your opinions or completely new design tips.
