Duvet Cover recs with specific needs

I have a very nice queen size down duvet comforter that I love and I’m looking for a nice duvet cover for it. The thing is, I’ve tried a few over the years I’ve had it and I always end up removing the duvet cover.

I’m a hot sleeper. Through all 4 seasons, my home is 18c (64f) and I sleep with the fan on . With a duvet cover, it’s too hot. Without? Heaven. I sleep like a baby.

Also, I have tried an organic 100% cotton duvet cover, but it’s too hot. Currently, I have a 100% European linen duvet cover. It’s a bit hot, but less than cotton. However, it’s a sensory nightmare for me, I do not like the feeling of linen on my skin, not to mention the cat hair that get stuck to it when I wash it.

So I’m looking for any fabric recs (Im an amateur sewist) or specific duvet covers recs. I’m in Canada.

Thank you!

Hello everyone! I am fairly new to pattern sewing and I've been trying to do FBAs lately. Thanks to my hyperfocus superpower, I've been researching this project A LOT! However I am stumped today: I can't figure out where to put my second pivot point at the armhole.

Help?
