Finished another Morrsarr Guard for my Idoneth. This one is based on the Ribbon Eel and looks really striking I feel!
It’s a good pose and a good kit and I love the little baby one on the base (from one of the Namarti kits). Nearly finished my second unit of them now!
I think the closeup of the face is also one of the best model photos I’ve taken.

Another piece of my High Republic Jedi Sentinel OC Fjallrava with her new apprentice, Varlo, post Hetzel. They’re looking for cool bugs hunting down clues about the Nihil.
Again tried something different with poses and think I’m getting better at composition and how clothing works. Their faces bug me from this angle though.
On a side note, I’m grateful for The Acolyte for opening me up to the wonderful world of Jedi with capes lol
My boy Finn is 12 years old today. Feels like only yesterday we brought home this floppy-eared little teddy bear 💜
My latest Idoneth model and the only one of these buggers I’ve actually managed to get to stick to the flying stand with plastic glue so far. Colour scheme for this one is based on the imaginatively named IRL eel “red eel”.
Had fun converting it so she’s got a spear slung across the saddle because it bothered me that it was shell or nothing.

It’s murderously hot here in the UK and one of Finn’s favourite activities is to try and eat the water as it comes out the hose. Gets him soaked and keeps him nice and cool!
I find it so funny how antagonistic the three main aelven factions are towards each other in the Order grand alliance that it inspired me to create something silly (drawn digitally by myself, all human ineptness). Sigmar really got a lot of charisma to keep them playing nice!
After about 6 months since I bought it, I finally finished painting my Soulraid Hunt and I’m really happy with how they came out!
Decided that my enclave would be native to Ghur so went for more IRL nature-inspired colourings for them, with my Akhelians/Isharann differentiated by purple clothes.
Tony (the shark) is definitely the centrepiece model of this force so far!
Now only have the other Idoneth spearhead to build and paint (amongst other things) 😅
