Why are South American players being forced into North American servers?

I have a complaint about the São Paulo server that currently exists. Even though the server is available and usually has a good connection, the game almost never keeps players there and instead quickly sends us to North American servers after very little queue time. In the end, this causes ping issues and a much worse overall experience.

I understand they probably do this to avoid long queue times, but honestly it feels way too aggressive. In many games, waiting between 1 and 5 minutes to find a match is completely normal, and I really don’t think it should be that hard to fill a 60-player lobby from the same region, or at least with players around similar ranks.

The weirdest part is that after all these years, the game still doesn’t have an option to stay on a server without being automatically redirected, even if that means longer queue times. Right now, South American matchmaking feels practically dead despite the fact that a São Paulo server still exists.

What do you think of the new civilization?

It's been two days since its release, and what do you think? Is it a bad civilization, a balanced one, or overpowered?

¿Crees que Daimyo Sengoku va a seguir siendo una civilización fuerte y sólida después de los nerfs, Or have the devs given any indication about how they plan to balance this civilization?, o podría terminar cayéndose feo? ¿Qué piensas?
