Craving for more gym workouts
Problem/goal: go to the gym every day; morning and night.
Context: since im starting anew, well thats at least what i told my gym coach since my last gym workout was 2023 and it wasnt done “properly” its just my gym buds teaching me for 6 months and it wasnt done good but i didnt last that long due to the distance of the gym from my place.
Since my gym coach now told me he’ll let me do cardio for a week or two just to condition my body before going for the lifts. Ive been doing 3 machines the elliptical, stational bike then treadmill. In that order for 15min at first then my next sessions became 20 mins. It’s exhausting but after an hour or so my body feels like it craves some more. But idk if its right that i should do more or am i over doing it if i over step what my coach told me. Now im thinking maybe i should do morning and night for 1 day thus ill get 2 workout sessions for 1 day. Is it too much?
