Where do you meet women for genuine dating in Dubai?

Hey everyone, looking for places in Dubai where you can meet women who are open to an actual conversation and dating. Not interested in paid company or the escort scene.

Any recommendations for relaxed bars, social events, hobby groups, or singles nights where it feels natural to chat with people? Would appreciate suggestions based on your own experience.

Should I accept a lower-paid Director role with aggressive KPIs?

I have over a decade of experience in retail, FMCG, operations, category management, and e-commerce.

My previous company closed, and I’ve now received an offer to move from Manager to E-commerce & Retail Director at a smaller company.

The salary is lower than my previous role, but the position includes a sales incentive and a salary review after six months.

My concern is that the CEO has increased and set a very aggressive month-on-month sales growth targetwhich is commercially impossible and reduced the potential salary increase initially discussed kpis and salary potential increase both have changed!!

I’m currently unemployed, low on funds, and have monthly obligations.
Would you accept it for six months to gain Director-level experience, or reject it because the expectations seem unbalanced?

I have over a decade of experience in retail, commercial management, operations, and e-commerce.

My previous company closed, and I’ve now been offered an E-commerce & Retail Director role at a smaller company.

The move is unusual because I’m going directly from Manager to Director, skipping the Head level in between. At the same time, the salary is around 25% lower than what I was earning as a Manager.

The role has real Director-level scope: retail, e-commerce, store openings, P&L, CAPEX/OPEX, SOPs, dashboards, team building, and business development. There is also a sales incentive and a six-month review.

My concern is that the CEO has set changed the monthly kpis which were discussed and agreed earlier and set aggressive month-on-month growth KPIs and reduced the potential salary increase after 6 months that was initially discussed.

I’m currently unemployed, low on funds, and have monthly obligations.
Would you take the title and experience for six months, or reject it because the pay and expectations seem unbalanced?
