This is South Korea. Linkmax drove a 1:12.0, the best time during the tournament was a 1:12.2

To my knowledge, every other map without a major cut got beaten. Germany has multiple cuts so wasn’t beaten

This both shows how insane players were driving in rounds in a high pressure environment, and also how cooked linkmax’s run on SK is

We can only take complete incompetence for so long

Months of awful cotds with today’s being picked with a terrible review rating, and the map itself being arguably the worst cotd ever made (it’s troll, but not remotely in a fun way)

Weekly shorts being lucky to have one map every month the community enjoys

Extremely little community communication, which is a sticking point. Ideally there should be a way to give feedback and for an EXTREMELY community-involved game to have better communication with the devs. Hell, games like balatro with a one person dev team see better interaction

Picking maps purely on vibes with the review scores seemingly ignored

Many mappers and top level hunters I’ve spoken to in the community agree that there needs to be improvement

The current distaste for nadeo could be fixed by having better communication, a more-obvious path to getting maps selected, and just in general more openness. Trackmania is great, because of the community. Utilise this.

It makes no real logical sense. I go up from the 6th and 5th tier as champions, have a bunch of money to spend on wages and players will state they won’t join me ‘under any circumstances’ but will gladly join a team who finished 18th in the league I got promoted to in the previous year for less money than I would’ve given them

There’s also been several cases where a league 2 team loans me a player, they play really well for me and then don’t want to sign after when I get promoted. Like surely irl if they had a championship winning season where they start every game, and the club is now in the league their parent club is in, they’d want to join the club where they’re actually getting to start every week?

Reputation simply doesn’t increase at a fast enough rate. I’ve seen stories of people going from league 1 to prem and they can’t sign anyone prem quality, it’s just really unrealistic.

Raki just seems insanely strong. Cat for example does pretty much nothing the entire run until the death defiance, and even then the low amount of hp you get means it’s only really useful if you’re literally about to beat a guardian

Raki’s crit chance is pretty insane. Having a passive crit chance is so strong compared to the other familairs’ effects

I don’t know what’s ‘meta’ and have only played to fear 16, so I guess I’m asking what benefits do the other familiars have that might compete with raki
