Looking for out of towner advice for a trip with my father who lives locally

I live in the Denver area and my father lives in the Seattle area. I do a lot of hiking and backpacking for fishing and my dad says he would like to do a trip with me but he is in his early 70s now and has trouble at our home with altitude (8000ft) so my area is out of the question for him.

I plan to visit him end of June and to do something. Problem is I have no real familiarity with WA state since I was a kid and am trying to find shorter trails/more easily accessible small streams and lakes with trout that will be snow free by then.

Can anyone recommend certain areas or forests that have lots of road and trail systems and should be accessible and snow free by late June? He wants to backpack but I'm thinking 3-5 miles a day is reasonable for him depending on elevation gain but I am open to anywhere that offers any kind of camping that has fishing opportunities near roads.

Thanks for any advice that can be offered, this is likely the last time I will be able to do something like this with him and am trying to strike a balance between good fishing and easy access which is tough when I don't know the areas. Unfortunately the areas we used to fish when I was younger are not something that is safe for him to be scrambling around in anymore.

I have a disabled wife who will be using an electric wheelchair for most of the time as she cant walk long distances. I have a 12yo and 7yo. I booked this as a Christmas(ish) vacation that I won't tell the kids about until December so I'm pretty excited for them.

Our challenge as a family has been keeping mama involved with the kids and activities but she has cognitive and physical challenges stemming from a stroke. I am hoping this will be a relaxing vacation in that it's very "turn-key" when aboard the ship and there will be plenty of entertainment but what about at ports? We will be doing castaway cay, lookout cay, and Nassau.

I guess my question is, what can I think about or book ahead of time that will make it as easy on my wife (and admittedly myself) when we get to these beach ports? I am looking for ways to ensure she can participate and be comfortable as possible, and ideally get to these places as quickly as possible as I can only assume it's a mad rush off the ship. I am hoping for suggestions on things I can book, reserve or consider, and maybe there are specific accommodations for disabled persons. Expensive options are not off the table, I am looking for convenience and comfortability, Thanks!

I seem to have the fuel pump check valve problem on my 2019 6.2. Dealer wants to take the truck for a couple days to try to recreate the problem which usually occurs after driving then letting it sit for a couple hours and then long crank occurs.

What are the odds of them just not being able to replicate this. My truck is under a ford certified used warranty so feel like they will just not want to fix it so will just say they can't recreate the problem.
