I had .5 cups of coffee this morning, will that affect my numbers?

I have my hormone panel today, it was supposed to be tomorrow but I had a meeting pop up for that time so I have to reschedule for today and I’m on day 3 of my period so I only can do it today or tomorrow. Will that half cup of coffee effect my numbers majorly

Vitamin D levels lower?

Not a huge jump. But, first test was in January. I wasn’t on a single supplement for vitamin D besides Ritual prenatal vitamins. Then I incorporated Vitamin D3 5000IU, from Perfectly Healthy brand, into my daily routine with lunch. Got off the prenatal. Why could my vitamin D have gone down?

Should I be concerned?

I’m 28 F. I know these are still in “optimal ranges” but should I be concerned? More concerned about the RBC than anything else. I’m also so confused because I’ve been making healthier changes

How do I see my 2nd set of results?

May be a dumb question, but I went for my 2nd annual draw today and I’m wondering how I can see my new results? The ones on the dash are my older ones. Will I need to click into each biomarker? (Only had 88 since I skipped over hormone panel, menstrual cycles were so inconsistent to test)

Never fasted before for a whole 24 hours but I’m doing that today. I usually take vitamin D and B supplements around lunch time with food, but since I’m fasting should I skip those supplements today? Also is there a certain amount of water I should be drinking? 28F and 155 lbs

I read something that the LEV will be here by 2030, but I’m really confused. Does that mean all diseases will be cured? I am not someone who wishes to live forever but wishes to live a long life in good health

I feel like there is absolutely no excuse for people to get colon cancer anymore! Or shall I say, we have all the tools for people to not get it anymore, yet the US doesn’t make that easy. There is a huge rise in colon cancer is people under 45, and yet the screening age is 45. Insurance won’t cover it if you want to do a preventative screening. Colon cancer is a slow growing cancer, and can be very very preventable via colonoscopy. Why in the worlllddddd aren’t we lowering the screening age to at least 30? Heck even 20.. and then again every 5 years?

Thoughts?

I finally got my GKI calculator in today and tested and my result was a 48. I did do it after eating eggs/avocado for lunch. It was pretty mid day. That being said, is there a good time of day to test? And any tips to get this number down?

Extremely interested in cellular health/DNA repair health. I am interested in learning more about how to lengthen telomeres naturally. Any advice? Also.. any biomarkers to test for to see if I’m achieving optimal cellular health?

I was literally overcoming my HA, I was like okay this rare disease is most likely not going to happen to me and I feel okay. I opened tik tok and a new rare disease pops up! What the hell. I can’t get on socials anymore, no matter how many times I block certain words, they still show up. I’ll stick to my brain game apps lol

Hello. First and foremost I want to say for those of you with cancer, I am praying for you and cheering you on!!

I did have a question. I saw posts about cancer being a metabolic disease. Genetic mutations deriving from an unhealthy terrain or mitochondria. Why are people saying then these genetic mutations that lead to say, GBM, are not preventable? Can’t you just track it via labs- your metabolic state? I do not have cancer, just trying to prevent it as much as possible
