ULPT request: Fake job experience to land in a job

Background and Current Situation
I recently completed my Master’s degree in International Business Management (IBM) at a renowned university in the UK. Despite my academic background, I faced significant hurdles in securing an entry-level position or apprenticeship while abroad. Most recruiters required 3–5 years of professional experience, which is difficult to provide as a fresh graduate.
Following the expiration of my visa, I returned to my home country. Given my current financial situation and the local job market, I am finding it difficult to secure a role that aligns with my qualifications and needs.

The Request for Advice
A close friend who works at a Wealth Management firm in the UK has offered to provide me with a professional reference letter to assist in my job search but is it gonna be liable for me to get a proper paying job in my country or does it help me in pursuing job in any other country

[IWantOut] 28M India -> Ireland

Hello, I’m from India and I finished my master’s degree in international business management at the UK. While I was there, I gained so much about British culture and experiences and even picked up a bit of a British accent from my friends.

After my master’s, I applied for many jobs in the UK but unfortunately, I couldn’t secure any. So I returned to India and tried my luck again but couldn’t find a better-paying job that suited my current financial situation.

I’m now looking to move to Ireland or another European country where I can find a fair-paying job. I don’t have any experience in my field of study.
