Deze vraag stel ik voor een vriend van me, hier zijn verhaal;

Ik heb een arbeidsovereenkomst voor 12 maanden getekend die is ingegaan op 08-12-2025.

Mijn werkgever wil mijn contract nu tussentijds beëindigen met een opzegtermijn van 1 maand vanwege een "organisatiewijziging".

In mijn contract staat echter niet duidelijk vermeld dat het contract tussentijds kan worden opgezegd. De enige clausule die hier eventueel betrekking op zou kunnen hebben, luidt:
"Deze overeenkomst zal na het verlopen worden verlengd met opzegging termijn van een maand."

Er hebben voor deze situatie ook geen officiële evaluatiegesprekken, schriftelijke waarschuwingen of verbetertrajecten plaatsgevonden.

Ik ben niet akkoord gegaan met de opzegging.
Mijn werkgever heeft inmiddels:
-mijn WMS-/werkaccount geblokkeerd
-mijn sleutels ingenomen
-mij verteld dat ik thuis moet blijven
en mij per e-mail laten weten dat mijn laatste werkdag 22 juni 2026 zal zijn.

Mijn vraag:
Geeft deze clausule mijn werkgever het wettelijke recht om mijn tijdelijke contract tussentijds op te zeggen met een maand opzegtermijn, of is deze formulering te onduidelijk om onder het “Nederlandse recht” als een geldig tussentijds opzeggingsbeding te tellen?

Hi! More often than not I come across posts online or reactions on video’s where people state the following;

“When you choke out on bends, primarily on higher radius fretboards (7.25, 9,5), adjusting the neck angle will eliminate this problem”.

While it can eliminate choking out when for instance;
- you decrease the neck angle and don’t adjust string height -> therefore the action will be higher -> no more choking out, i still don’t understand why there is a lot of confusion behind why you should or should not change the angle of your neck and it’s purpose.

Changing the neck angle only has an effect on adjustability on your saddle/bridge height and therefore also on break angle behind your saddles/bridge. If you find that you bottomed out on your saddle height but still have high action? Angle the neck back so you have more leverage on your saddles and vice versa.

Somehow there are a lot of myths surrounding guitar setup. Mainly on fretwork, neck relief, radius impacting all kinds of stuff and nuts having effect on fretted notes etc.

Have any of you fellow builders/technicians run into different takes or discussions on this topic? Interested to hear your opinions.
