Words cannot describe how excited I am for this one. I read the first 3 trades back in 2010, but never finished as life got in the way. Over the years I could never find a collected edition of the first few volumes or even trades for a reasonable price. Now it’s here.
I’m currently reading Star Wars Old Republic vol. 1, and I’ve honestly never read a series that has the most inconsistent art. It’s seems every few issues they got a new artist. However, this Vector story halfway through the book is truly terrible.
I can’t believe someone approved this. It’s so bad it distracts from the overall story. Are there any other comic series with art that is as ugly as this?
I’ve played the games in order starting with the Superstar Saga remake, Partners in Time, and Bowser’s Inside Story remake. I’ll be honest, BIS wasn’t my favorite, so going into this one I was nervous. I know I’m not very far, but I just love the vibe so far. The setting is cool, the gameplay feels more original, and the music is great.
