Anyone else experiencing long processing times with Mous? Paid for expedited shipping.
Hey everyone,
I ordered the Protective Lid Backpack with UltraTex® (Mercedes-AMG F1 Team edition) from Mous on June 26 and paid extra for the faster shipping option.
It's now been almost a week, and my order still only says:
"Confirmed – We're preparing these items for shipping."
I haven't received a shipping confirmation, tracking number, or any emails explaining a delay.
I understand expedited shipping usually only affects the delivery time after it's shipped, but I was expecting it to at least be dispatched by now.
Has anyone else experienced this recently with Mous? Is this normal, or should I contact support? If you've ordered one of their backpacks or other products lately,
how long did it take before your order actually shipped?
