Mouse iPad case peeling

I have had it for a while, but recently it is getting worse to the point of even falling off. Has anyone else had this happen? Or does anyone know of a good brand for a replacement in the EU? It is a 9th gen one. (Update: father reached out to support to claim my warranty they where really quick to reply and arrange to send a replacement.)

Waiting for the Case

I paid for delivery, The case was sent via FEDEX. But was cross shipped to Canada Post. It waited for Canada Customs for over 7 days. Finally released back to Canada Post. If Mous had simply shipped using FEDEX it would have cost more but the case would arrive in days vs weeks. To me is a premium product is looking to save on Shipping. Perhaps it not a premium product. I am returning the case. As I went to Apple bought a better case and it was $30 cheaper.

Inaccurate stock, tax problems, and week-long support delays at Mous - Buyer beware during back-to-school

TL;DR: Mous charged me sales tax during my state’s tax holiday, accepted my order for an item its website incorrectly showed as available, held my entire order without notifying me, took a full week to respond, and ignored the tax issue that prompted my inquiry. Its proposed apology was “free shipping” that was already free. Mous has since put more energy into hiding or deleting my complaints on X, Instagram, and Facebook than into resolving my legitimate issue.

……..

If you are considering ordering from Mous during the back-to-school season, take screenshots of the product page, advertised availability, discounts, and tax calculation before submitting your order.

I placed an order during my state’s back-to-school sales tax holiday, but Mous charged me sales tax. I contacted customer support specifically to have the tax charge reviewed and refunded.

Mous took a full week to reply—and when it finally responded, the message did not address my tax inquiry at all. Instead, Mous informed me for the first time that an item in my order was actually out of stock, despite being shown as available on its website, and that the inventory issue had prevented my entire order from shipping.

In other words, I had to contact Mous about an unrelated tax problem just to discover that my order was being held because of an out-of-stock item and inaccurate website inventory. Mous never proactively notified me about the delay, the unavailable item, or the website problem.

Even after Mous acknowledged the inventory discrepancy, the product continued to be advertised as available. That means other customers could continue ordering an item Mous already knew was out of stock, without any backorder warning or estimated availability date.

As an apology, Mous offered to split my order and “cover the shipping costs for both shipments.” The problem? My original order already included free shipping. Presenting “free shipping” that was already free as compensation is not a meaningful resolution.

Mous has also spent more energy hiding or deleting my comments and replies on its X, Instagram, and Facebook pages than it has spent resolving the legitimate tax, inventory, and order issues I raised.

Inventory errors can happen. What is unacceptable is:

- Advertising an out-of-stock product as available
- Continuing to accept orders after becoming aware of the inventory error
- Holding an entire order without proactively notifying the customer
- Taking a full week to respond to a support inquiry
- Ignoring the sales-tax issue that prompted the inquiry
- Offering “free shipping” that was already included with the order
- Hiding or deleting legitimate customer complaints instead of resolving them

This is especially concerning during the back-to-school rush, when people order laptop sleeves, bags, and accessories because they need them before classes or travel.

Mous charges premium prices, but my experience with its inventory practices, checkout tax handling, communication, and customer service has been anything but premium. Order cautiously and document everything.

My Protective Lid Backpack Scratched (small) After 1 Use. Am I Being Picky?

For context, I took this bag to a cafe for a day to do some work. I decided to use a lime bike on the way back home and put my bag in the front pocket. However, when I took the bag out, the side had scratches.

I know this bag was marketed as very protective and scuff resistant, so I was pretty bummed when I saw the scratches. Am I being too picky or am I somewhat justified for being a teeny tiny disappointed.

Where is the cheapest pace to get Mous Cases?

As I can only seem to find them on the official website for the cheapest, and its much more expensive on Amazon. Ebay doesn't seem to have any Limitless 5.0's for the iPhone 15 pro.
