I just got an iPhone Pro, my first ever Pro phone, so I want a case that gives good protetion while looking and feeling nice. I've seen Mous's ads on YouTube for years which has always looked appealing, particularly in the Walnut variant. But in Australia it costs $25 more than the Caudabe Synthesis. Do you think it's worth paying more for Mous?
Hello everyone, I’ve been a long time Mous iPhone case user over the years but I’ve noticed recently that the quality may have gone down? I’ve previously got my iPhone 16 pro mous case replaced due to the fact the camera button cutout warped and wouldn’t stay in. Now I’ve notice recently that my replacement case is also experiencing these issues. With warping starting at the camera control area and also at the camera cut out.

I ordered the Protective Lid Backpack with UltraTex® (Mercedes-AMG F1 Team edition) from Mous on June 26 and paid extra for the faster shipping option.
It's now been almost a week, and my order still only says:
"Confirmed – We're preparing these items for shipping."
I haven't received a shipping confirmation, tracking number, or any emails explaining a delay.
I understand expedited shipping usually only affects the delivery time after it's shipped, but I was expecting it to at least be dispatched by now.
Has anyone else experienced this recently with Mous? Is this normal, or should I contact support? If you've ordered one of their backpacks or other products lately,
how long did it take before your order actually shipped?
I had a wonderful experience with Mous Support last week, continuing to demonstrate their promise to value their customers.
However, I’m curious, why does the company not make cases for the AirPods Max or iPads?
