Can’t get customer service to respond

I pre ordered the iPhone duo case and I’ve gone back and forth a few times on whether I want to keep the order or not.

So I finally made up my mind and told them to cancel the order but I haven’t heard back in days now… I’m wondering if anyone else has had any luck?

Bugs to report

Hello,

I’m also gonna file these though the app but it doesn’t hurt to bring then up here.

When I open Lumo, it never works the first time on iOS and I need to close Lumo and relaunch it to work and let me send messages.

It doesn’t allow me to change the conversation title in iOS or the desktop versions.

Anyone experience these before and know if it’s a known issue or not?

Thoughts on the solo q ranked experiment?

While it wasn’t fun not being able to play with friends, i was matched with people a bit closer to my skill level more consistently, which was nice.

I would say it was better than what we have, perhaps a “bandaid” fix? But honestly I can see it being a thing for high diamond + from here on out, and it being a net positive.

The bad? Well I barely got any preds or masters on my team but played them 70+% of the time… and they’d be on the same team a lot.

TLDR:
Wayyyy better than regular ranked, felt like I wasn’t getting pushed by seal team 3 every game. Without it? I feel like I have zero chance against a 3 stack of masters and preds, at all. The barrier to masters (currently d2) should’ve be being able to 1v3 masters and preds with plats in my team.

I can admit when I’m wrong, I kinda like this new ranked update

The solo q only is actually super fun. I’m no longer being completely obliterated by 3 stack pred teams. I’ve ran into a bunch of preds and it’s been far easier to kill them. Still amazing players, but not like before.

Even tho it’s tough not to be a me to play with friends, it is also super nice to have everyone on more even footing.
