Has anyone tried the Rorra countertop water filter? I’ve been following it for a while, but I’ve been interested in hearing someone else’s experience with it or knowledge about is quality and filters.

PROFESSIONALS: I had my roof replaced with Certainteed Landmark shingles. With about 60% of my roof replaced, they discovered that a couple of boxes of shingles they’d used were defective. The color was obviously off as well as the density. They have to replace my new roof.

I’ve been given the option of using Certainteed Landmark again or upgrading to Timberline UHDZ.

Pros and cons?

I’ve been researching systems and cameras for a year. I’ve been visiting here for opinions for a couple of months.

Here’s what I think I want/don’t want/need:

1. Ring 🚫 because of their stance on sharing footage.
2. I’m not against a DIY system if it’s not too time-consuming and the costs don’t greatly exceed the costs of prefab system.
3. I’m uncertain about monitoring.
4. I’d like a doorbell cam with two-way comms.
5. Door/window alarms.
6. Backyard and possibly side yard camera.
7. Short term video storage?

What am I forgetting to mention, ask or consider?
