Not to be that guy, but I could have done it way quicker.

Not to be that guy, but I could have done it way quicker.

I have all the respect In the World for Formula reject and failure Scott Speed and his nominative determinism but I could have done this so, so, so, so much quicker than him with that fresh grippy asphalt and a super car (I think we can agree Subarus are ultimate automobile)

Kinda sickens me they made the course easier by paving it all but I guess they just really want me to go under 5 minutes, when I do it by myself under the cover of the darkness (I don’t do it for the fame or fortune)

Anyways we already know I can go twice as fast as him going down (because I don’t have to turn) sorry if this is the wrong sub, I don’t have the money to fly to Chile to dig up skulls en Portillo because I spent all my money on my car,

Low stakes Fan Theory, Gon vs Hanzo is based on Helio Gracie vs Masahiko Kimura

Helio Gracie vs Masahiko Kimura was a mixed rules grappling fight held in 1951 between Brazils self proclaimed National champion Gracie vs the press proclaimed world champion Kimura,

>Entering the second round, after blocking a tomoe nage attempt by Gracie,Kimura threw him to the mat by osoto gari, and this time he followed him to the ground right after and pinned him with kuzure-kami-shiho-gatame. The judoka held him in place for almost three minutes before moving his weight over Gracie's head.Unable to breathe under Kimura, Gracie tried to get out by pushing with his arm, and at the moment Kimura seized the limb and executed gyaku-ude-garami. Hélio did not surrender, so Kimura rotated the arm until it broke. As Gracie still refused to give up, Masahiko twisted the arm further and broke it again. Finally, when the judoka was about to twist it a third time, Hélio's brother Carlos threw the towel.

Kimuras grip to break the arm is widely referred to as a kimura grip or just kimura today, it’s one of the most commonly used Jiu Jitsu submissions today, the grip Hanzo has on Gons arm very much looks like it could be a kimura grip which while being a shoulder lock can also break the arm, on the forearm. Helio and Gon both broke their left arms and refused to accept defeat.

The fight has been mythologized by both camps in post, especially the Gracies numerous of them competing in Pride FC, the best Japanese mma promotion of all time, notably here for my low stakes theory Pride 4 on October 11th 1998 featured Rickson Gracie headlining in the main event at the Tokyo Dome.

The reverse tournament idea by Netero that sets up Gon vs Hanzo comes up for the first time in Chapter 32 November 2nd 1998. I think it’s definitely a story that could have been in public consciousness in Japan at the time and something Togashi would draw from to show Gon posses a dogged spirit.

(The first pride event was in Tokyo in 97 and also featured Gracie, Royler and Rickson Gracie also fought on Pride 2 way before chapter 33-34)

What’s your Strongest Opinion about Skiing/Snowboarding

Time for a summer post

For me I hate pole straps and I don’t understand why anyone uses them.

I know homie at the shop who sold this board used the term quiver killer and Kyle couldn't pull the trigger on the purchase fast enough.

In case you had doubts that snowboarding culture has been gentrified.

Urgent Message for Vermont Governor Phil Scott

This is an urgent message for Vermont Governor Phil Scott,

Mr Scott the Vail and Alterra corporations have been taken over by a nephilim cabal, which with collaboration with the Babylonian Brotherhood has allowed them to seize an unlawful duopoly.

Mr Scott this a matter of Public health and safety, the Duopoly is using funds from “first tracks” or “fast track” systems to fund a secret dry slope project to replace snow with Dry slopes and make tickets for real snow 3,000$ yes they literally plan to steal all the powder.

Mr Scott I urge you to travel to Stratton and uncover the Nephilim cabal and save skiing.

Was going for my Thirsty Thursday booze cruise (totally legal btw it’s just a 500$ fine) when I came across a couple ski patrollers walking down 101, I asked them if they needed a ride, and the first one (I think he was their leader) hissed at me in what sounded like Aramaic, and then another one said “the Skull Guides” in like a weird German Accent, but like he was also sounded like he was being electrocuted. No idea what that was about, I peeled out as quick and as safe as possible because I’m scared of people with European accents, and continued my cruise.

My working theory is they’re those Yellow Deli hippy beatnik weirdos disguising themselves so they can steal Ariel Quiros buried treasure hidden in the woods of Jay anyways stay safe on the roads there’s druggy freak criminals around.
