Mike Is Dead Theory
In early 1968, Mike Love died in a plane crash on his way back from India. The rest of the band was spared by taking a commercial flight.
To avoid panic, they went to a psychiatric hospital to find someone who looked very much like Mike. A man named Õlk Zõkœrcheviöich was chosen to replace him.
The first shows were a disaster, he carried a gallon of apple juice everywhere he went and practically exposed himself to the audience. After a while, he started to get used to touring and began learning the lyrics.
Õlk is therefore responsible for masterpieces like "Summer in Paradise" and "Tribute to NASCAR." A true genius...
