How to scrub my neck to avoid staining white collars?

I think I do scrub my body while showering, but there is of course something that I am leaving out. My white tshirts still have collars that look dirty and stained.

I don't know what I can do more. I dont think I can use a scrub on my neck everyday. what am i missing out and what i can do?

Are there any great fights or matches between friends?

So I am new to UFC and just recently started getting into the fights and lore. Most of them seem to absolutely hate each other, even outside the cage. They keep talking trash about each other and it does seem like a rivalry.

I am just curious if there are any great fights between people who are genuine friends outside the cage? Like someone who would be bros otherwise but absolutely crushing each other during the fight?

I would love to see maybe some positivity in this whole toxic culture

It seems to me that top players have the best understanding of the game ever. So how do they prepare for an important tournament?

I don't see how they would practice tactics or solve puzzles, so other than memorizing opening theories and understanding them, what else goes on in the prep? What does team do and how do they really help a player? I have a heard a lot of things, especially during this candidates about seconds? What exactly is their job and why are some better than others?

There is a fairly simple way to convert this position. I won the game just because my opponent couldn't find >!the drawing movie Qxf2, when given a chance to do so!<

I did spend a bit of time trying to solve it without hope chess, but I could not. The idea is to >! reroute the queen to h8 while giving checks and then Qf8 to protect both the e-pawn and f-pawn, basically 1. Qd4+ Kb8 2. Qh8+ Kc7 3. Qf8 !<

This is such a simple idea that I felt disappointed that I could not find this as a 1300
