Our 2025 Opel Grandland MHEV with an electric trunk is acting up. When we try to open it from the back using the button, it unlocks but doesn’t lift up. On good days it works, but often we just can’t get it to open. Has anyone else had this experience? We took it to the dealership, and it worked fine there. Apparently, at the factory, the metal part that locks it in place wasn’t installed correctly—it was off by 3 mm—but two days after we left the dealership, the problem started all over again.
Any ideas ? Thanks for help!
