We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist for a long-term remote contract.

Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Fully remote

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 2–4 hours per day, Monday–Friday

Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Contract Length: 6+ months

Experience: Customer support experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer messages and inquiries

Answer customer questions

Assist with resolving common customer issues

Follow established procedures and policies

Communicate clearly and professionally

This is an ongoing position with a contract expected to continue for more than 6 months. This is not a short-term or commission-based role.
