So my specs are: i5 11400H, rtx 3050ti (1650 super equivalent) 4gb vram, 16gb ram, SSD.

I'm planning to buy the game next month and I want to try WCS server. It's not the best hardware out there but can I run this around low/med 1080p in 30-40fps? Thank you
