Ghosted by UHG/Optum after phone screen anyone else?
Had a phone screen with a UHG recruiter in early June for a Financial Analyst role. Call went well, status updated to “Interview complete; under review” and then updated again a week later. It’s now been almost a month. No email provided for follow up, LinkedIn connection never approved and LinkedIn message ignored.
I get that big companies move slow but a simple “we went another direction” would go such a long way. Has anyone else experienced this with UHG/Optum? How long did it actually take before you heard back?
