Tech Companies and their recruitment!
How do companies expect only people with minimum 2 years of experience, while there are lot freshers and unemployees out there seeking opportunities. If you go to any tech companies career portal they post jobs with a minimum of 2 YOP which sometimes it requires min 8 YOP. Barely 1 or 2 for freshers. If there is no opportunity for freshers how could even they gain experience. IDK why this, I feel it nonsense, correct me if I'm wrong or if I'm not aware of tech recruitments.
