I just finished my first pay period on mercor for a project and it’s Wednesday but it still says pending. Anyone know when it’ll be approved and released? I know there is a 7 day hold on stripe but when will it update on their website

I just started my first project and have made about 1200 so far. I have connected my stripe and my bank account and I understand tomorrow is the end of this pay period. Will the status be changed from pending tomorrow or on Wednesday? I understand that payments are sent every Wednesday for your earnings last week and since it is my first pay there will be a 7 day hold. My question is will my pay status change from pending tomorrow or on Wednesday?
I have been waiting for my pgwp for the last year and my TRV for my study permit expired in July 2025. I have been stuck in Canada for one year and want to travel. I have to travel for my work in September, I don’t know if it will be here on time. I have received advice from my university immigration advisor that it is okay to apply for a trv but from a separate lawyer not to do it. Has anyone had experience applying for a TRV while on maintained status?
I’ve been clean for a month but I was under the influence and had a relapse just now binging porn. Does this undo my progress and the 90 day timeline? I’m at day 0 again
