I have dark brown hair naturally and got highlights for the first time yesterday. I hate the result, as it looks brassy and warm to me. The stylist toned my hair and touched up the top with more brown but I still feel like it’s way too warm and brassy, since I wanted cool highlights. How soon after getting highlights can I use blue shampoo? I want to try to get rid of the brass before I go back to the salon and dye it all dark again. Please help!

I’m very pale and like to self tan often in the summer, however, I can’t stand to smell like self tanner after I’ve rinsed it off. I am totally fine with the tan smell during the initial application but I do not want to smell like it for days after. I used to use tanologist and noticed a minimal smell after the initial rinse but didn’t get the best color. Recently I’ve loved the color I get from b. tan express mousse but I feel like I smell like self tanner for days after and I hate it. Is there a brand that leaves a dark and natural color without that gross smell?
