Optimal CPU/GPU temperature when gaming?

(Asus TUF A15 RTX 4050 / AMD Ryzen 7)

So I usually play competitive games like fortnite/Minecraft but recently I've been playing story games, primarily God of War (2018), and I benchmarked them and saw the CPU temperature averaging 86-92.. Is that normal or too high? The GPU stays in the 70s so I think its alright.

But it would be nice to know the optimal temps. For what I'm doing to optimize the game - DLSS, Med-High settings, 80 FPS cap, V-sync on 144 Refresh rate to stop screen tearing (I think thats how it works im not a pro at this stuff haha), and the laptop has a stand to expose the backside.

The laptop display + monitor isn't showing any signs of function. The keyboard I connected as well as the laptop keyboard work and lights show. I've tried giving the GPU a Jumpstart using (Win+Shift+Control+B), as well as force restarting it, yet nothing worked. This laptop is like 5 months old and my folks will not be happy to hear this even after I spent alot on my laptop setup. I really hope this does not have a RAM or GPU problem but I'm running out of options. I can't DIY crack open ts because I'm sure it will void the warranty, any similar experiences or solutions?

Specs:

RTX 4050

16GB Ram DDR5 2 slots of 8GB as far as Im aware

FA506 series motherboard pretty sure

1TB ssd

Monitor is an ASUS TUF (idk the code name whatever tho its 200Hz and 1080p and theres nothing wrong w it).

Im going to let it just sit for an hour or two hopefully er.. nature takes its own course.
