The pill “backpack” from a Cabenuva commercial gave me the fuckin heebies.

This Pic is a friend of mine who I think has sebaceous filaments but his derm diagnosed it as "rosacea, severe actinic skin damage" but prescribed clindamycin phosphate gel, 1% and tretinoin .25% neither of which I found to be treatments of rosacea or actinic skin. Basically he has small under the skin round pus filled bumps all around the sides of his nose and the side of the upper bridge of his nose that he can pop but always come right back in 2 days. does this sound right? He has tried initially a bunch of acne creams, and then switched to exfoliate then salicylic acid during the day and adapalene at night which also did not work.

My sons Volkswagen Passat is making this noise while driving. It gets so loud it’s hard to think. He took it to a Firestone and they replaced two wheel bearings, but that is obviously not the problem. The main thing I’m concerned about is safety. The noise is secondary. Thanks for any help!

Triggered every time I use this sink at my work. I have to look away.

Maybe this won’t do it for you, but I got triggered yesterday when I was mowing the lawn and cut a spot a little too close. A lot of times for me it’s simple stuff like this that just catches me off guard.
