Yall ever get that fp euphoria
Just hung out with an old best friend that I’ve fallen out with many times. Things went amazing. Now I’m feeling so incredibly joyous.. too joyous… u guys know what I mean. I’ve been through the fp cycle with many. She was one of them years ago and that is why we have faught and broken up so many times. I’m trying to ground myself.. not get obsessed with the friendship. I’ve healed and realized that best friends don’t work for me. I can’t have a ride or die I have to nourish all my relationships and not put all my emotions into one person. I feel those fp emotions creeping in and I’m trying to be normal happy instead of obsessed happy. not letting it take over all my thoughts. Do you Guys have any advice on how to mitigate this?
