Need advice if I should buy this 2nd hand PC

I don't know if this is the right sub but I wanted to build a pc for so long now, it was just the budget holding me back, and now that RAMageddon happened, I can't see my dream (building my own PC) becoming true anymore :,(

Right now got about 15k pesos saved up and I saw this PC (no monitor) on Facebook marketplace (specs below) for 15k but it has an issue, the issue that the pc has this cmos issue and boot failure, it appears when the PC is shut down for a long time (cold boot), seller is willing to go down 14k. The seller is open for testing it, but no personal warranty.

My issue with this is if it's worth it? I've been saving this 15k pesos my life and I don't want to risk it huhu but I badly want a PC. Also I could be lucky if it's just cmos replacement but what if it's a motherboard, psu or ram issue? The ram is supposed to be 3200mhz but it went down to 2138.88mhz in that boot failure msg.

I have a spare ssd and hdd from my old laptop, I haven't checked it's health tho, and we have a tv at home to use as a temporary monitor.

Is it worth my hard earned savings? Huhu

Soecs:

- RYZEN 5 5600G (6 Cores 12 Threads)

- OCPC X3TREME RGB 16GB DD4 (3200mhz)

- 500GB SSD (seller said Samsung evo but I don't see it and only that hdd (sus🤨))

- RADEON VEGA 7 Graphics

- XIGMATEK 500W 80+PSU

- GIGABYTE B550M DS3H
