it's been close to 85 for a couple days and ooof, without my AC on I am struggling already. I'm on 37.5 mg, been at this dose since late winter. This is my second time on zoloft (first time was for over a decade) but my body has changed a lot in recent years, including becoming more intolerant of heat even before I started zoloft again. what are y'alls tips and tricks for staying cool? I love to garden and spend time by the water so this feels important to figure out!
