I got arreat’s bearing and I also got tibault’s will randomly on t3

This is the first season im actually genuinely playing and currently im playing a ww barb with some random items i thought synergize pretty well for it i think. I had a few questions tho.

1. Should i focus on getting certain items to work well for these pants?

2. Which of these two should i use, i don’t mind to go for a summon build if that is far superior?

3. If i put it in my stash and level another character, can i use the other pants for that new character once it reaches level 70?

4. If i want to continue playing ww barb, what items should i look for?

5. I have almost a stash full of unique items and a few ancestral rare items, should i put legendary aspects on those rare items if or should i try to find unique items that synergize well with ww barb

I got arreat’s bearing with max stats
121 strength
2450 armor
15% fortify generation
630 fire recistance

I also got tibault’s will with max stats and it also has a star on it
121 strength
1450 maximum life
787 fire resistance (this one has the star next to it)
8% dodge chance
