Eating this right now and had to make a post- so good!
I’m eating it with rotisserie chicken and celery and romanesco sauce. Tastes like healthier buffalo chicken wings.
This would be so good with potatoes too.
How does everyone eat this?

Just wanted to share my summer balcony right now. I love Lettuce Grow and have purchased 4 towers over the years - 2 as gifts.
I love going out to the balcony every morning with my coffee to inspect my plants, do a bit of pruning, tidying up, and harvesting.
I’ve had these two types of kale in for 5 months now and they do amazing! I’ve been harvesting so much kale every week and it’s not slowing down. Cucumbers, Zuchinni and tomatoes are coming in.
We’ll see if I can get peppers and eggplant this year. It hasn’t been hot or sunny enough yet in my 9b zone.

I love my LettuceGrow and it’s definitely the cleanest looking produce I can grow (vs soil) but I just get freaked out by bugs.
