Hello po, I passed both TUPSTAT and PUPCET Taguig branch po both. Which of the two has the best engineering course po?

I've read po na PUP is much preferred po ng mga companies, and malaki ang character development na makukuha. Meanwhile sa TUP mas focused daw po pagdating sa engineering, and mas maganda ang quality of education.

Help me choose po, Thank u in advance!!!
