I’m 24 and currently pursuing an MBA in HR from IGNOU, currently in my 3rd semester. I haven’t developed many extra or practical skills yet, so I want to start working on them now.

I’d really appreciate guidance from people who are working in HR or have completed an MBA in HR. What skills, certifications, tools, or practical experience should I focus on to become job-ready? Also, which HR roles are good for freshers?
