I get an email from Verizon my password has changed. It says if I did not make this change (I did not) to call them. I call them. Four times! And their automated system hangs up on me every time.

So someone is fucking around with my account and access and Verizon wants me to call them, no link to auto flag this as fraud, because it’s 2026 and Verizon isn’t a huge corporation, and then I can’t even get help.

So unacceptable.
