how to turn this schematic into a pcb design?

I dont know any good software that doesnt require paywalls and hides basic features behind subscriptions. I will not use the specified transistors in the schematic, as they are inferior to BC107, BC177 and others. I will replace the Darlington transistor with a BD237 and 2N3055 pair

circuit diagram: 20k resistor to base pin, collector to primary and secondary, emmiter to ground. 10k resistor from base to emmiter, 12v to other primary end. I used a C5198 NPN bjt

I need help in making an exciter for my SSTC

I could use some help on how to drive my mosfet for my SSTC, as the only BJTs I own are TO-3 package that have an hfe of around 10-15, even if i can make a darlington pair with the 2 NPNs, I would like to use a mosfet, however I dont know how to drive it without an IC.
