Optus - All Incoming calls 'No Caller Id'
Hi all, im currenly with Optus and am hoping that maybe someone here knows an answer or can help since Optus have been absolutely useless.
For some time now, whenever I receive an Incoming call, it appears as 'No Caller Id' regardless of it being a saved contact or not. Calls from friends, family, work etc all appear this way and its highly frustrating.
Google suggests that it could be a carrier issue but Optus arent understanding the issue. Theyve suggested that my own personal 'Caller Id' needed to be toggled on/off however it was always on ans the issue was never about my showing my number when I make outgoing calls.
Im hoping that someone here knows the answer or wonder if i switched to Telstra would this fix the issue?
