Oral Lichen Planus and Purslane treatment

Oral Lichen Planus and Purslane treatment

I've recently been diagnosed with Oral Lichen Planus, and have been reading that purslane is a natural way to manage symptoms. The claim is that it is just as effective - and possibly better - than corticosteroids

The thing I don't understand, though, is how we are supposed to use this 'magical' weed. Do we incorporate it into our diet, and let our metabolisms work its magic or do we apply it we topically (via a gel or grounded into a paste)?

Further, where do we get either (gel or weed)?

Any clarification welcome.

thanks

Does Norway only have six actors and they just rotate roles ?

My question is, of course, tongue in cheek. Nonetheless, I'm struck by how many of the same actors appear in different shows and/or roles acting opposite each other.

I don't know if there is a small casting pool or if they all share the same agent. But it is bizarre to see the same actors appear in different shows and movies acting opposite each other.

Take the TV series Exit, which features Tobias Santelmann, Pål Sverre Hagen, Agnes Kittelsen, Simon J. Berger, Ine Marie Wilmann, Anders Baasmo, Frank Kjosås, and Ellen Helinder (amongst others).

Most (if not all) of these actors also appear in Detective Hole, and at least two (acting as estranged husband and wife in Exit) play opposite each other in Furia. The films In Order of Appearance and Kon-Tiki also features many of the same actors in roles of varying prominence and it is interesting to see two of the main actors in Exit in relatively small roles in Dag..

What is happening over there?
