Talk me into the 16-35 GM II over the f1.8 14mm GM
Is there an advantage to the 16-35 GM II if you already have a 24-70 GM II?
Not sure if it’s worth twice the price to get that in between 16-23mm

I don't usually do the foam on top drinks but yesterday they had some pup cups out with a cold brew sample. It kind of had a buttery flavor with spicy cinnamon coating on top
I wanted to order it but they wouldn't let me? They wouldn't even tell me what it was called they just said it was coming in fall and smiled??
Is it harder for you to get people to stop scrolling on IG?
I have wildly different results with the same video depending on whether I post it on IG or Shorts.
I was at a Sony event where I was playing with their FX3 to try some lenses and I remember I didn't change the aperture, iso, etc but the shots came out pretty decent.
I wish I had checked what settings they had them on. All I know is the playback was in full color so it wasn't Slog.
To keep it simple, we have a 8min video with 2 views. 1 person stays on for the whole 8 minutes, the other one jumped off immediately.
Is the AVD simply the total watch time divided by number of clicks on the video?
That seams wildly misleading.. because one person who actually watches stayed for 8 minutes. So if we had 100 people with the same stats, 50 people watched for 8 minutes, and the others jumped off immediately (not really even watching). So a more accurate picture of how long your actual viewers are staying would be nice.
I shoot a lot of self footage, but would like to have a friend help get some in-action shots where I obviously can’t be filming.
What settings would be easiest for them to get good results?
With how much the algorithm gathers about your video from the transcript, is it really necessary to be any more descriptive in your title than you have to be?
In theory won’t they find the people interested in watching, so you should focus on getting them to click?
I'm looking at my newest video, after after a week it has 30k impressions, with a CTR of 1.45%.. and then today it's saying my CTR is 0% even thought the views have gone up.
After A/B Testing I chose the stronger candidate and the CTR has been dropping ever since.
Any one else? Or are my thumbnails just 0% worthy?
I’m finding a lot of channels YouTube thinks are like mine from the videos it’s recommending mine after.
Does subscribing to the ones that I personally think are closer to my niche help at all or does the algorithm not really care who you sub to?
CTR is good so thumbnail and title will be the same but the retention is a little less than average.
I have an idea for how to make the first 10-15 seconds better, but I’m curious if YouTube will penalize for uploading the same video/title/thumbnail with just a different intro
I uploaded a video with audio that I licensed from Adobe Stock.
The claimant is calling it a different name than what it is in Adobe, which has happened before, and never been a problem when I provide my info in the dispute.
I provided my license # and the name of the song and 28 days later they rejected it. Youtube is saying "The claimant disagreed with your dispute and reaffirmed their claim to your video.'
What should I do? It says I can appeal but if I lose it will result in a copyright strike. I don't know why they rejected it to begin with?
