Miles expiration question

For those of us with the US Miles and More credit card- one of the benefits is supposed to be not having your miles expire. I just had some expire and am trying to figure it out. Here it says you have to use the card every month…does anyone know if it’s just the three months prior to mileage expiration? Or if it’s every month since getting the card? https://www.miles-and-more.com/row/en/general-information/terms-and-conditions/no-mileage-expiration-credit-cards.html

On the off chance anyone has recently had a new stucco installation- we are trying to select a color and our stucco vendor provided color samples for the Sika Senergy and Sika La Habra lines. Trying to choose the color for a whole house off a tiny square is tough. We can also do a color match but I was first going to see if one of these colors appeals to us.

Just wondering if any of you have recently had either product installed and if I can do a drive by. Obviously feel free to PM me if so. Online photos are minimal, even using site like houzz.

Also, has anyone found a way to visualize exterior color changes that you liked? I’ve tried the paint manufacturers sites and the results look terrible. Trying to get a realistic visual seems daunting.

Routing options in the western fjords

Hi all- I think I've researched to the point of paralysis...I'm trying to optimize our route between Alesund and Flam over a 5 night period. Trying to space out the driving to reasonable distances per day but still allowing some exploration. This is more cramped than I would normally like, but it's the window we have. We are trying to be in Flam on a day without cruise ships. I'm OK with 1 or 2 more expensive hotel nights along the way if they are worth it. Normally I don't like to have this many 1-night stays in a row, but the alternative is at least 1-2 longer driving days. We'd like to be able to fit in some shorter hikes along the way (3 hrs or less probably given the timeline). Anyone have feedback on these two options or anything else I might consider?

Option 1: 2 nights Alesund, 1 night Hotel Union Geiranger, 1 night in Skei or at Fjaerland Fjordstove, at the end we will stay in either Aurland, Flam, or Vikoyri.

positive is 2 nights Alesund negative is missing Hotel Union Oye and Hjorundfjorden

Option 2: 1 night Alesund, 1 night Hotel Union Oye, explore Geiranger on way to 1 night at Innvik Fjordhotel, 1 night Sogndal, at the end we will stay in either Aurland, Flam (this routing would miss Balestrand and the Vik church).

I've been fighting my own issues with French for over a year. I had two brief visits last year for 15 minute screenings that they have been unable to bill correctly. After 40+ calls, emails, outreaches, they remain unresolved today despite dozens and dozens of promises, escalations, supervisors, even going to their Public Relations guy (he only responded once I cc'ed KSBY). I have 20+ years of healthcare/insurance experience, and I am floored by the dysfunction and incompetence I am seeing at French/Dignity...and their "outsourced" billing company, Optum.

I am moving all care possible away from them. When I tried to schedule a screening this year, the imaging department voicemail said you'd get a call back w/i 24 hours. It took 4 calls over 2 weeks to finally get a return call. Someone posted on Nextdoor this weekend about the same issue, and so many people chimed in that they had started driving to the hospital to get scheduled because no one ever answered the phones or returned calls. A guy with cancer said he couldn't get calls back. Others said they moved their care elsewhere and it was the best thing they ever did.

To be this futzed up seems like an intentional act, a complete lack of regard for the patients in this community. Anyone have an insider perspective on the source of the rot? I am so disgusted and outraged and hope to bring more of this to light. "Dignity, where you'll be treated with anything but!"
