Any suggestions on getting these scratches out? And mildew?

What is this haul worth?
This weekend I picked up someone’s collection. Almost all new, several of the engines have never been run. I only wanted the big boy, my kids and I recently went to see it when it crossed the country, but he would not separate. Curious what a good price would be on all of this? Also came with a Railpower 1370 and quite a bit of Kato track. Help me validate my purchase!
