Monitor flickering and shows HDMI input every time I refresh Netflix

I bought a new PC (Intel Core Ultra 7, RTX 5070 Ti) a few weeks ago and since then I noticed my 1080p monitor does this randomly. I'm able to reproduce it every time by refreshing Netflix. It makes a little pop sound and goes black then comes back on and shows the HDMI input.

I have a dual monitor setup with one monitor being 4K (Displayport) and this one is 1080p (HDMI). This problem only occurs on the 1080p monitor but I never had this issue with the same monitor setup with my old PC that was like 10 years old. Could the 4K/1080p setup be conflicting with my new PC's GPU? I already tried different HDMI cables and it's the same thing.

I bought a Powerspec prebuilt PC (Intel Core Ultra 7 265kf, RTX 5070 Ti) from Microcenter yesterday and this is the sound I get when my PC is just idling? Is this normal?
