A very, very close friend — we chat pretty much daily in one way or another — sent me a text a few days ago and I only had a second to read it before it was unsent. It started with “I’m in love with my best friend and” but before I could absorb anything else, he unsent it.

I’m going to act like I never saw it. He unsent it for a reason. If it’s about me, I guess he doesn’t want me to know how he feels. And if it’s not about me, he still doesn’t want me to know. He doesn’t have a lot of close friends, though.

I’m doing the right thing by not mentioning it and just proceeding as usual, right, like it never happened?

Met a guy on one of the apps while I was a couple of hours away for a weekend. The guy asked me out to lunch. We vibed, and he kissed me in the parking lot, then invited me to stop by his house the next morning before I headed home. The evening between our lunch and my stopping by, he sent me some very sweet texts that hinted about being excited to see me again and getting physical during my visit. What I liked about this guy was, during our lunch, he seemed the type to really want to get to know someone.

So I stopped by there and we did end up in bed. It was nice. A lot of slow, passionate exploration that built up to mutual oral. After a while, he said, “I’m not going to cum. I already came earlier this morning. You should though.”

And so I did. But the whole thing hasn’t been sitting right with me. I didn’t say it, but I felt like, “If you were that into me and that excited about my coming over, couldn’t you have waited so we could share the experience?”

It could be that he realized in the sheets that he’s just not as into me as he thought he might be, and I understand why some people might not want to say something like that. But telling me you either jerked off or hooked up right before I came over - mind you, it was only 10 AM when I got there - doesn’t send the best message either.

I’m inclined to not bother with him any further. What would you guys make of it?
